What is included in a standard yacht charter?
Every charter comes with a professional crew, safety gear, fuel, and a range of standard refreshments. Additional amenities depend on the type of service — sunset excursions provide gourmet snacks, while business-oriented charters offer meeting amenities and specialized catering services.
How far in advance should I book?
For best availability, we suggest reserving your yacht at least two to three weeks ahead, particularly during our busy season from May to September. For business gatherings and private events, planning four to six weeks ahead is advised for greater options and customization time.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is paramount to us. If the captain determines the weather conditions to be dangerous, we will propose an alternative date for your charter or issue a complete refund. We constantly monitor the weather and will get in touch with you 24 hours before your scheduled departure if the forecast suggests potential issues.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Guests are free to bring their own provisions and non-alcoholic drinks. We also provide superior catering options and are equipped to tailor menus according to your tastes. Please be aware that for safety reasons, glass containers are not permitted on the yacht.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to serve all guests inclusively. Certain yachts in our fleet are designed with better accessibility features than others. We encourage guests to communicate their specific requirements at the time of reservation, and we will direct you to the most suitable vessel while arranging any necessary provisions.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund. Those made between 24 to 72 hours prior incur a 50% refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are generally non-refundable, unless they're a result of inclement weather or mechanical failures on our end.
